Directions

• By Car: The Convention Center is easily accessible from I-77, I-85, and I-277. Follow signage for Uptown Charlotte, then for the Charlotte Convention Center.

• By Air: The venue is approximately 15 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). Taxis, rideshare services, and light rail are readily available.

• By Light Rail: The LYNX Blue Line has a stop directly at the Convention Center (Stonewall Station).

Parking

Parking available at NASCAR Hall of Fame Garage (500 S. Brevard St.) and the Westin Hotel Garage (601 S. College St.).

Daily rates typically range from $10–$20. Credit card and mobile payment are accepted at most garages.

Accessible parking is available in all adjacent garages.

Schedule

Registration opens at 8 AM. We start the day at 9 AM.

Attire

Business Casual and wear green! Comfortable shoes are recommended. Convention Centers are notoriously cold, so plan accordingly.

Company Store

If you haven’t used your gift card yet, bring it with you, and it can be applied to purchases on the day of the Convention at the Company Store table.

Hannamobile Giveaway

You must be present to win. No proxies allowed. We will draw the winner’s name at 4:45 PM. Remember, you can qualify the day of the event by wearing green and attending. That is 2 entries right there!

Reverse Raffle

The Reverse Raffle winner will be drawn at lunch. You do NOT need to be present to win. We will notify the final 5 finalists on Friday, September 19th. First place is $10,0000, and the raffle benefits Public Education in our footprint.
